      - the work place is professional especially the Head Quarter - work benefit - friendly co workers - easy to commute - career advancement is great, if you work hard it is easy to get promoted or shift into other division - managers give you valuable feedback regarding your performance for the year - people treat you with respect - work and life balance is great if you ask for it

      Cons

      - State Street does not pay well compare to the same industries - work is too specialized - parking is very expensive if you need to park in the Head Quarter

      Pros

      Own book runner and strategy. Good work life balance. Good working environment and nice people to work together

      Cons

      No much growth. Promotion to VP or higher is even forbidden based on company policy. Instead, ask people to move to different role. It doesn't make a lot of sense since it encourage people to find a new job.
