Pros

Great vacation package, two paid volunteer days, clean building if you work in Kansas City, on-site gym, depending on what team you're on you might have fun events at work.

Cons

Extremely low pay until you get to an officer position or above, training is abysmal, hours can vary based on team, high stress depending on team, VERY HIGH rate of turnover for A1/A2/Team Lead, not enough movement for promotions because people get "stuck" and don't promote or laterally move, good ol' boys club is definitely a thing here, lots of favoritism, not much gets accomplished- it's mostly smoke and mirrors from a community involvement standpoint. They're also moving a lot of business to India, so people are being forced to train their replacements and they're laying off a lot of employees. Seems to be big disconnect between management and employees.

Pros

They offer resources for learning.

Cons

In my previous roles I've never felt burnout but with this one is the first I was feeling crush. I don't think managers take time to structure the tasks on a 8hrs or 10hrs per day. There are a lot of unrealistic expectations, no work-life balance at all. Even if you made the sacrifice to stay late, you will not be done with the work for the day.
