State Street is a large Corporation which provides a wide array of opportunities and great benefits. The best aspect of the company is the opportunity for internal movement and growth which allows for learning different skill sets and exposure to the Financial Services Industry. I also enjoy the networking with other employees and the feedback that management provides in your career path.
Cons
The one major Con of working at State Street is definitely the Salary. State Street puts a great deal of resources into there systems and technology and while doing this pay there employees less than other companies for the same job.
