      Pros

      It’s really hard to find pros after my experience in this organization for many years.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership. Lots of talk, not a lot of effective action. Long hours and no resources. Typical meetings run from 7am to 630p daily. After that is when you can start doing your work for the day. Outsourced HR functions to India - it is not working.

      Pros

      Own book runner and strategy. Good work life balance. Good working environment and nice people to work together

      Cons

      No much growth. Promotion to VP or higher is even forbidden based on company policy. Instead, ask people to move to different role. It doesn't make a lot of sense since it encourage people to find a new job.
