      Pros

      Some decent fund accountant professionals and teammates. (Note: teammates, not managers)

      Cons

      "Career Destroyer" has a tendency to keep and promote the most incompetent managers. Our manager messed up client requests, broken-telephoned client requirements, fat-fingered $2Billion to $20Billion, and still got a RAISED and PROMOTION TO VP. Enough said. My headline says it all, need more explanations?

      Pros

      Own book runner and strategy. Good work life balance. Good working environment and nice people to work together

      Cons

      No much growth. Promotion to VP or higher is even forbidden based on company policy. Instead, ask people to move to different role. It doesn't make a lot of sense since it encourage people to find a new job.
