      Pros

      You are given opportunities to gain strong product knowledge. They spend a lot of resources on technology to try to improve processes which are more advanced than many other copeditors in the similar industry.

      Cons

      Knowledge learned appears to have a cap and in order to gain more knowledge and experience it is best to move around to other teams. Resources throughout the company are wasted on rework and development of identical products and programs. There should be better organization throughout the company to prevent wasted work.

      Pros

      Own book runner and strategy. Good work life balance. Good working environment and nice people to work together

      Cons

      No much growth. Promotion to VP or higher is even forbidden based on company policy. Instead, ask people to move to different role. It doesn't make a lot of sense since it encourage people to find a new job.
