Does not value people - Sales and Leasing Consultant Steadfast Companies Employee Review

Steadfast does not value people as their core values say. They put people in positions who only care about making the top dollar & nothing else. They don't care how many casualties there are as long as they are making their money. Managers are not properly trained and treat their employees like they are dispensable. Employees and residents are suffering. The turn over rate is horrible. There is discrimination & it is never checked. People are not treated fairly and fair housing is a joke. It is very disturbing.
