Micro managed , I was promised training wasn't and the training that was being done 30-40 people in a webinar not effective . When asked for help I was turned away.

This company just does it right. If you want to work for a company that treats you like family, provides opportunities for growth, and just does the customer experience right both internally and externally- this is the place to be. Benefits are great, and the people are even better. I couldn't have been more proud to work for this company.

Not really any cons to speak of- pay could be a bit better, but you could say that just about anywhere.
