I truly love my property and team onsite. I have been with Steadfast for over 2 years, and was promoted to my current property about a year ago. It overall has been a very positive experience for me personally. I enjoy the benefits and being recognized for hard work. I enjoy working daily with great people on my team that go above and beyond and truly care about the community and residents. It has been a great experience so far.
Cons
Flow of training could improve slightly. We do have a high volume of webinars, conference calls ect that can be a little cumbersome when trying to run a busy community.

This company just does it right. If you want to work for a company that treats you like family, provides opportunities for growth, and just does the customer experience right both internally and externally- this is the place to be. Benefits are great, and the people are even better. I couldn't have been more proud to work for this company.

Not really any cons to speak of- pay could be a bit better, but you could say that just about anywhere.
