Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Here at Steadfast, we are committed to creating a positive employment experience for our Associates. This year we formalized and implemented a Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program that provides our Associates with paid time (16 hours) to support community / charity work. With very low unemployment levels, providing market rate compensation is a daily challenge.
