      Pros

      If you love to work hard and want to feel appreciated for the work that you are doing, this is definitely the company for you! Having previously been with a company that I gave 110% and was tremendously undervalued and under appreciated at, it is such a welcome change! Everyone from peers to senior management has been very welcoming and offered so much help and guidance in my first 6 months with Steadfast, it's great to feel like a part of a family again. The Sr. VP in Atlanta has helped bring accountability to the region and it shows, from everything I've heard it's welcome change!

      Cons

      LOTS of change is happening right now and as I mentioned in my "pros" section, if you don't like hard work, then Steadfast probably isn't the company for you. There are pain points, and systems that seem very antiquated, but they are changing, slowly. It's a big ship and big change takes time.

      Pros

      This company just does it right. If you want to work for a company that treats you like family, provides opportunities for growth, and just does the customer experience right both internally and externally- this is the place to be. Benefits are great, and the people are even better. I couldn't have been more proud to work for this company.

      Cons

      Not really any cons to speak of- pay could be a bit better, but you could say that just about anywhere.
