      I have been with Steadfast for almost 2 years now. They truly care about their employees and the development of their career.

      Cons

      If I had to choose any 'Con', it would have to be the pay rate.

      Pros

      This company just does it right. If you want to work for a company that treats you like family, provides opportunities for growth, and just does the customer experience right both internally and externally- this is the place to be. Benefits are great, and the people are even better. I couldn't have been more proud to work for this company.

      Cons

      Not really any cons to speak of- pay could be a bit better, but you could say that just about anywhere.
