HR is pro-company; not pro-employee No funding for education; personal development Company constantly hired outside employees versus promoting/training current employees Not a lot of room for advancement Promotions were given on favoritism versus experience/seniority Strong work ethic not appreciated Lacks policies and procedures that are staples at similar companies Accounting should consider more training to understand LOB and how they function
