Poor property management, office politics, discrimination based on race and or disability, breakdowns in chain of command resulting in loss of productivity, liability, safety issues, misplaced blame or manufactured blame, management creates an atmosphere which makes you hesitate to offer suggestions or input by insulting your intelligence on a regular basis. While management pushes you to complete training , they give it very little value themselves and do not enforce, they only push it to meet bonus requirements.
