Pros

Company has good benefits as far as PTO time. The only down side to this is being able to take the time off.

Cons

Too many manual reports, do not have updated software. Corporate structure needs to be fixed as they are the Leaders leading the onsite staff. Have better communication with staff and give better direction on how they want the job completed as this changes every time a staff change is made, either in Corporate or Property level.

Pros

This company just does it right. If you want to work for a company that treats you like family, provides opportunities for growth, and just does the customer experience right both internally and externally- this is the place to be. Benefits are great, and the people are even better. I couldn't have been more proud to work for this company.

Cons

Not really any cons to speak of- pay could be a bit better, but you could say that just about anywhere.
