Love the team at my particular location! Very hardworking and open to new ideas. Steadfast offers good benefits/PTO and support for any question you may have.
Cons
Corporate is located in California which can sometimes feel like there is a disconnect between them and our other national locations. They are not always in tune with our day to day operations. They do a good job of being available though. A disconnect in my opinion would be the company "Yieldstar" they chose to go with to generate our rental rates. From experience, the rates are very much over priced, have forced loyal/current residents out because of extremely high renewal rates (in some cases $300+ more), and we have no say in the process. As a team that is trying very hard to keep the leased percentages high, this quite often works against us. Updated marketing materials and resident gifts/programs would be nice as well.
