      Pros

      This is a great company, with many advancement opportunities. You have the opportunity to make more commission the harder you work. Great pay (if you put forth great work), great coworkers and management, and the opportunity to learn and go somewhere.

      Cons

      This position is very fast paced, and can be very stressful at times. It can get competitive when you are working at a bigger property. You must be very skilled at prioritizing and multitasking to be successful and always stay positive for your residents. Sometimes you will have to work weekends and schedule around your personal life.

      Pros

      This company just does it right. If you want to work for a company that treats you like family, provides opportunities for growth, and just does the customer experience right both internally and externally- this is the place to be. Benefits are great, and the people are even better. I couldn't have been more proud to work for this company.

      Cons

      Not really any cons to speak of- pay could be a bit better, but you could say that just about anywhere.
