Pros
Some interesting projects, people were nice particularly the support services. In general Steer has a good reputation in the transport industry so I guess it will look good on my CV.
Cons
Old school politics with little transparency, gender gap issues, lack of morale, basically next to no recognition, a senior member of my particular team was questionable with their quality of work and a very poor Covid-19 response with limited equipment for an extended period of time.
