Pros

Stefanini can be a great launching point for professional careers. I was originally hired in with no professional experience aside from the ability to troubleshoot. While at Stefanini, I was able to use my skills and gain knowledge in how a professional environment runs as well as different work environments. Having a flexible mindset and positive attitude was enough to get started. The company has helped me improve my communication skills. In addition, I have been made aware of how different levels of management need different types and structure to data provided to them. I have enjoyed going through these experiences and appreciate the opportunities. The management of the company is always looking for skilled people and will leverage them to help strengthen these skills. I have benefited from this by being tapped for special projects as well as having been in many different roles. If you apply yourself, take pride in your work, and aim to succeed, this company can help you a lot.

Cons

Perception across management levels of company activities and changes is not well understood. I have seen changes done that end up being viewed as negative by the phone agents even though it is not that bad, or really would not affect them. My experiences outside of this company are limited, so I do not know if this is a common thing, but a good item to keep in mind when hiring in.

Pros

If you do a good job for a little over a year you can move into lots of great growth opportunities ServiceNow was very well configured for the scale it handled. I've since worked at places with SNOW that are much smaller scale environments and be less efficient. Depending on the desk you are assigned

Cons

It can very much be a slog depending what desk you're assigned. The shifts can go pretty late and they never pushed doing overnight to anyone that wasn't interested but having a 2-10 shift was rough on my social life and overall rhythm/mental health I was told to hold out until Dec/Jan on a shift change (asked for one in July) My training was pretty scattered. Sessions were pretty easily disrupted and kinda like a "oh and lets do this next, uh now that." That said in a support role you're gonna do most your learning with the training wheels off but a lot of on the fly learning for the SNHU project was staunch from how all the VMs, eBooks, courses, etc flowed. Another situationally dependent note but management was hard to get ahold of sometimes
