Pros

Portal worked in order to submit time and PTO. Friendly Brazilians. A water bottle for my birthday.

Cons

I was making less at Stefanini than my first desktop support position in 1998. No room for growth in "our department" Could not find me a new project once my initial project was completed, left me unemployed for a year after with "possible" interviews. How do you re-interview someone working full time for your company. I was told I had a choice of transferring to a new project while I was still at my first project but they could not find me "work". While my responsibilities were higher than other sites for a specific client, I had to struggle to get a .25 raise.

Stefanini Response

Hello, I’m happy to hear that you were satisfied with our portal and recognition gift on your birthday! We pride ourselves in showing appreciation for all of our employees, including the ones working remotely. I completely understand the lack of growth within your department. Sometimes, if positions are not available in your direct department, we encourage and assist our employees with seeking employment within another department that they might be interested in. One of our processes is to interview everyone for new positions so that everyone has a fair chance at new positions. Stefanini has begun more employee engagement activities in the past year, and will continue to do these types of activities going forward. Some include our HR In Touch program, which are quarterly calls to all of our offsite employees, as well as more activities for our onsite employees. Both programs have been seen as a success, and more employees have felt appreciated more for their hard work. I appreciate your response and wish you luck in your future endeavors! Alison, HR

Pros

If you do a good job for a little over a year you can move into lots of great growth opportunities ServiceNow was very well configured for the scale it handled. I've since worked at places with SNOW that are much smaller scale environments and be less efficient. Depending on the desk you are assigned

Cons

It can very much be a slog depending what desk you're assigned. The shifts can go pretty late and they never pushed doing overnight to anyone that wasn't interested but having a 2-10 shift was rough on my social life and overall rhythm/mental health I was told to hold out until Dec/Jan on a shift change (asked for one in July) My training was pretty scattered. Sessions were pretty easily disrupted and kinda like a "oh and lets do this next, uh now that." That said in a support role you're gonna do most your learning with the training wheels off but a lot of on the fly learning for the SNHU project was staunch from how all the VMs, eBooks, courses, etc flowed. Another situationally dependent note but management was hard to get ahold of sometimes
