“Stella" is the latin word for "star" and it shows. I have worked at numerous companies of all sizes, and Stella Rising was the best company that I have had the pleasure of joining throughout my career. It really is all about the amazing people at Stella Rising - appropriately known as Stellas! I have never seen leadership care about its employees they way they do at Stella - a very unique trait of upper management. Leadership is transparent and focuses on open communication and quarterly updates- the CEO and CMO are the brightest women I have ever worked for (also very proud that the company was women-led). The company promotes a supportive, uplifting and inclusive environment that centers around its people. Stella treats all employees - regardless of tenure or level - with respect and compassion. Despite the plethora of agencies in the industry, Stella manages to stand out by hiring the best and brightest in the industry, and committing themselves to excellence. While they aim to hire experts in the digital marketing / paid media / marketplace industries, Stella also encourages cross-trainings and learning within the company, to promote further growth. HR is very supportive, from the very first day of hire and all throughout your career. Benefits are also unbeatable! The clients were also wonderful to work with, some of the most exciting brands in the Consumer Goods industry. You are guaranteed to learn a LOT, about a number of different fields and industries, working with incredibly talented people. I have only the most amazing things to say about my 4 years at the company, and cannot recommend it highly enough to someone looking for a role on the agency side.
