Pros

Products are unique and challenging. You learn something new every day. The company has a lot of potential.

Cons

Pay is low with respect to the workload given and skills required to be successful. Management tends to fail upwards. Benefits and raises have been significantly reduced under new ownership even though our prices and production output have increased. Very little to no growth within the company.

Cafeteria on site 9/80 schedule Interesting products

Cons

Incompetence is systematic at this place. Supervisors don’t order required parts. Good ol boy system in full effect. When asked for feedback leadership responds with aggression. Zero progression even when you meet or exceed their requirements.
