      every other friday off. you are left alone to do your job 25% of the time. micromanaged the other 75%.

      Cons

      minimal raises. rude management and hr. management promises growth but will not follow through for anybody on the floor.

      Cafeteria on site 9/80 schedule Interesting products

      Cons

      Incompetence is systematic at this place. Supervisors don’t order required parts. Good ol boy system in full effect. When asked for feedback leadership responds with aggression. Zero progression even when you meet or exceed their requirements.
