      Poor management. Unorganized, unplanned, and rushed work culture. Unrealistic expectations on production teams with little synergy. Large divide across the company.

      Cafeteria on site 9/80 schedule Interesting products

      Cons

      Incompetence is systematic at this place. Supervisors don’t order required parts. Good ol boy system in full effect. When asked for feedback leadership responds with aggression. Zero progression even when you meet or exceed their requirements.
