      Pros

      They hire veterans and anyone with electronics experience. You get trained while on the job. Hit or miss with trainers.

      Cons

      The union is weak. Pay does not change much for cost of life. Only way to move up is for people who have been there for 30 years to retire.

      Cafeteria on site 9/80 schedule Interesting products

      Cons

      Incompetence is systematic at this place. Supervisors don’t order required parts. Good ol boy system in full effect. When asked for feedback leadership responds with aggression. Zero progression even when you meet or exceed their requirements.
