      Not much guidance or leadership. Leaders turn over a lot at this company and you need perseverance and patience to last. Others have been there a long time, think about that means before you work here.

      The people make the gears turn. The things that are produced or interesting and something you wouldn’t expect to see in central Pennsylvania.

      Cons

      Management plays favorites. You can be given a negative review based on nothing. They make up rules as they go in certain rules only apply to certain people.
