Outside of the other managers, employees were as helpful as possible and would answer questions when they could.
Cons
Top Management did not have a training plan or clear priorities when I started. I know what is expected from my position but every company is different. Production Manager (impromptu GM) was not someone I would recommend working for. The first thing I noticed is how all the other employees were walking on eggshells when this person was around.
