Pros

Bonuses and benefits are the only upside

Cons

Management, the Union isn’t what it use to be, they company abuses their power constantly and there’s a lot of favoritism. Oh, and you get hired as a TPT which means you have no set schedule, no life, and there’s no telling how long before you become full time with a set schedule.

Professional and structured organization. Decent work life balance and excellent benefits. Paid time off between Xmas and New Year's + UAW holidays

Cons

Priorities change every few years with new management. Current mgmt seems to be prioritizing a regional approach which is a positive change from previous Peugeot regime.
