      Fast growth and consulting model lead to risk of compromising vision and losing good employees as contracts end

      Profit sharing is a nice benefit.

      Cons

      Company is tough to work for if you aren't far, far left. No growth - company has flat lined. Most long term employees have been pushed out by the CEO.
