Pros
Depending on your position, it can be easy to take time off and no one seems to be watching the clock to see if you're a few minutes late from time to time.
Cons
Ownership by a holding company has not been good for Step2. Management is not technologically aware, so decisions aren't being made based off data - which leads to large spending for unprofitable ventures. Employees are not given authority over particular responsibilities, although some have fallen into responsibilities for processes management doesn't even know exist.
