Pros

I loved working there at first, even in the heat, it was a decent place to work.

Cons

The owner sold out to a private equity company a few years after I started, and they tried to squeeze the employees to make a profit, but it only hurt their employees' trust in management.

HR was great. Nice people overall once you get to know them.

Cons

Constant change of CEO's. One in particular was very toxic some years ago. Quirky culture. Lots of inside politics.
