The starting pay is good. Also have good benefits.

Cons

You will never advance with this company. They would prefer to bring in someone from outside the company to fill these roles. There is a lot of favoritism. I would NOT recommend this as a place to work.

HR was great. Nice people overall once you get to know them.

Cons

Constant change of CEO's. One in particular was very toxic some years ago. Quirky culture. Lots of inside politics.
