Pros

Terrific company with a fantastic culture and excellent coworkers. By far the best people I have ever worked with. Very good medical benefits.

Cons

Much turnover in senior management over the past few years. Employee level of trust in senior management has suffered in the wake of this.

HR was great. Nice people overall once you get to know them.

Cons

Constant change of CEO's. One in particular was very toxic some years ago. Quirky culture. Lots of inside politics.
