      Pros

      A lot of overtime available and ongoing training helps you succeed. They keep there equipment well maintained and are constantly improving the facility. They have a lot of good core values.

      Cons

      I think that they are such a large company that the traditional employee relations are controlled from an office on the other side of the country. If you make a mistake, You get a call from someone really far away....Telling you to kick rocks. Long story short, Do not make a mistake with these cats.

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      Strict metrics & Low pay.

      Pros

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
