      Pros

      Benefits package is decent, but only because the compamy had to make it applicable to all employees

      Cons

      Deplorable Working Conditions, extreme heat, very physically exhausting, disgusting environment(blood,feces,urine vomit)exposed to all of it.Hostile work environment, very few Team players,selfish and petty attitudes.Poor pay for the type of work, massive employee turnover.Mechanics NEVER follow Lock Out Tag Out procedures.Sharps disposal containers that are reusable must not be opened, emptied or cleaned manually or in any other manner that would expose workers to the risk of sharps injury. This OSHA rule is violated hundreds of times daily when Machines break down

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      Strict metrics & Low pay.

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
