Pros

-None completely deceiving, job is nothing like whats described in interview

Cons

-awful training and even worse management -deceptive, company doesn't want to pay, the better u get at a position the more inclined they are to switch u to a new team or create an impossible quota, both conveniently lead to lower commission (go figure) -one big popularity contest, no concern for sales ability -promotions based on favoritism, place is more concerned with if you've been on reality tv or played sports as opposed to talent and work ethic -was amazed at how cheap of a company they are, place still uses salesforce one of the worst CRM tools out there and there is a loud beep every 15 seconds that comes through your headset while your on a call, which makes it incredibly difficult to hear the customer and concentrate -Huge turnover, people quit every week and youd be hard pressed to find someone on the sales floor thats been working there for over a year

The diversity of employees...thats it.

Cons

Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
