Cons
They are not appreciative to they're workers, they don't care if you have an emergency situation going on you are still at fault with documented documents. There are no advancement opportunities if there is its for one person because someone else left the job. No one really wants to work here they just tolerate it because it's a job and they got hired. They're really no perks to working here. Call center floor stays cold because you have people controlling the thermostat who's going through menopause. Call center has a huge turn over rate because they don't want to pay the necessary amount for the work that has to be done so people seriously don't care about the job. They just fired one of their best agents December 21st right before Christmas, tell me what kind of company is so cold hearted like that, it made me want to walk out.
