      Great company for anyone interested in Sales! - Inside Sales Representative Stericycle Employee Review

      Pros

      The room for growth here at Stericycle is awesome! GREAT work life balance, 40 hour work week in SALES. Who can say that? Excited to see where this company will take me in my career. Sales is a production driven environment and anyone who hasn't had a good experience in sales here just wasn't meant to be in sales. Awesome training program as well.

      Cons

      There are a lot of changes within the company since they are government regulated, have to be someone who is adaptable to changing environment.

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      Strict metrics & Low pay.

      Pros

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
