Training failed to detail the scope of client needs. There seemed to be conflicts daily with the delivering of messages/outbound. This led me to question the purpose/practicality of the services we offered. Makes it hard to work for a company that also serviced obvious "scam" companies, i.e. clients that dealt with financial matters and used the Stericycle messaging services as a way to distract customers, leading them to believe their concerns were being listened to. These aspects made it difficult to keep a positive outlook on work.
The office culture tries to be optimistic and inclusive and while it is, I myself find it corny and would rather not participate. Made me feel like I was in Elementary school again. It's a tool to try and make employees feel very important and while sometimes it did increase employee connection, I figure there must be different ways to do so without it feeling juvenile.
Stressful getting a call every 1-3 seconds. Weird knowing everything on the computer is being monitored, including time gone to the bathroom, etc. I understand this is part of the job, but it did not work for me.
