      Pros

      Great co-workers and customers. Rewarding work we do.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Poor leadership at our office. They pretend to treat you like family but it is fake. Favoritism and nepotism. Never worked for a company before where they encourage spouses, other relatives and friends to work together. It’s a conflict of interest. Employees fired and then rehired again due to desperation. Lack of training as management does not value it.

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      Strict metrics & Low pay.

      Pros

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
