      Pros

      the ability to be flexible in your work schedule and to learn new things everyday. Being able to work at your own pace.

      Cons

      No teamwork. No one team one goal. Culture ambassador who doesn't care. Management who doesn't care. People not willing to work togeather but would rather tear each other apart and blame others

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      Strict metrics & Low pay.

      Pros

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
