call center - Anonymous employee Stericycle Employee Review

I was fired for the first time in my life from Stericycle. someone put a rude comment in the system about a caller and did not document their initials and date. I was the next person to enter documentation and was blamed for their comment! I was given no chance to defend myself. I witnessed another person get fired because his terminal was down and they felt it was his fault that our supervisor didn't follow-up. Saw another person get fired because she was turned away from her computer talking (very quietly!) to another employee. There were no calls coming in so there was nothing to do! They were just trying to look for excuses to fire people. I really would not have believed this could happen if I had not seen it for myself.
