      We received this feedback from our team members during our annual engagement survey. Since then, we implemented a dedicated team with a focus on leadership development. Since then, we have rolled out a Leadership program in which several hundred of our leaders have already completed and continue to roll out tool-kits focused on leadership skills that drive engagement and team member satisfaction. We will continue in these efforts ongoing.

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
