      Questionable ethics from the top down - Anonymous employee Stericycle Employee Review

      Pros

      Employees on the ground are doing their best and care about the healthcare industry and patients.

      Cons

      Leadership is making decisions solely based on the bottom line and their personal interests. There is a culture of dishonest accounting, nepotism, and self preservation that is growing through the organization like a cancer. This seems to have stemmed from acquisitions, particularly on the Communication Solutions & Related Services side of the business. I would recommend that no one join this part of the organization, and that this business be investigated for fraud.

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      Strict metrics & Low pay.

      Pros

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
