      Pros

      Flexible schedule when needed Friendly co-workers in office Relatively easy interview/entry into company

      Cons

      Less than ideal working environment Poor training/no job training Lack of engagement within team/company Extremely disorganized Unethical practices witnessed Unprofessional behavior witnessed No line of site into company goals/metrics No team meetings or manager meetings No line of sight into role responsibilities or objectives

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      Strict metrics & Low pay.

      Pros

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
