This company offers wonderful benefits. Above and beyond mere health insurance. There is a culture aspect which also inspires the employees to make a difference in their communities which is awesome.
Cons
The pay for this particular job is a poverty wage. It is not enough to support even two people, much less a family. Sure, with the benefits included in the pay, it could be considered more, but flat pay, w/o benefits, there is a struggle. Also, forget about time off. This is an answering service. We answer phones for businesses 24 hrs/day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are NEVER closed. You WILL work holidays. Including Christmas. You will NOT work a 9-5 M-F shift b/c in our world, that shift doesn't exist. So, expect nights, early mornings, and weekends to be working.
