NO PROS Leaders care only about making money and don't fix broken issues or broken systems. Don't pay out promised bouns programs

Cons

Cheat their own employees by not paying bouns money.

Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

Cons

Strict metrics & Low pay.

Pros

The diversity of employees...thats it.

Cons

Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
