Senior leaders are out of touch, they consistently lie, belittle and degrade you on calls with other managers and leaders while offering NO solutions to the issues. CEO and executives are more concerned about the “Look” of the company rather than the substance and people. They push a liberal agenda down everyone’s throat and provide no support. HR is a complete joke, recruiting, IT and any support is a struggle to get answers from. Promised raised never happen and now we don’t even get to see a profit and loss statement yet we get beat up verbally for our numbers which we are no longer allowed to view. There is constant illegal dumping going on as they push for more productivity beyond the capacity of the equipment. VPs are aware but turn a blind eye. nepotism at the highest level is alive and well hiring completely on qualified senior leaders that provide micromanagement versus leadership!
