      Pros

      Not challenging. Everyone is all laughs and giggles and avoids doing work. Have tons of pointless meeting so you can take that time to take a nap or play a game on your phone.

      Cons

      Everyone places blame on someone else instead of taking responsibility for problems and working to get it resolved. Infectious poor work habits. Took away all employee incentives like Christmas bonus, raffles, etc... No room for advancement. Fake values.

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
