      Pros

      Great network of subject matter experts employed who have been in the industry for several years; many willing to share, mentor and help in any way they can. Great benefit package, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, 401k, and salary.

      Cons

      Combating some of the "bad press" Stericycle has received in years past- still sticks with many customers and you must "dig your way out of a hole" sometimes.. but measures are being pursued to have the image and culture corrected.

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
